When we are gathered, there is great joy and expansive learning from heart-to-heart connections
We're excited to be returning to the Valle Crucis Conference Center in Banner Elk, North Carolina, October 30 - Nov 2, 2025. We've selected the spot in the lower campus area, Orchard Hall, where we can rejoice as loudly as we wish and spread out into nature right outside our door. The lodging we have secured is just a very short walk away.
If you love listening and receiving from Spirit in a co-creative environment, as we model the new way of being in Light community, know that you are most welcome to join us.
As your facilitator, with my husband /musician / sound healer Mark Torgeson and all who are present, I set the framework of what is to unfold for our individual highest good and collective service. Then, we allow the inner guidance to pour forth as we go. This time together is a radical collective surrender, as each person is called to stay fully present and in the moment as our Star Elders show us the way forward.
Life skills gained and Light embodied, stay with you as you upshift your frequency of Love, Joy, and Inner Peace. You may leave this experience with the understanding that we, as individual notes, create a beautiful, harmonious orchestra.

VALLE CRUCIS, IMMERSED IN THE MOUNTAINS OF NORTH CAROLINA
Our home away from home for the weekend is the Inn, with Meeting Space in Johnson Hall.
Located on over 450 acres of mountain woodland and verdant farming valley, it is open to groups of many faiths seeking renewal and retreat.
The Inn has 20 mission-style bedrooms and 52 beds (sleeps 71 maximum). 17 rooms have private baths; 3 rooms share 2 bathrooms. The Inn also features a spacious living area, a large stone fireplace, and a long porch with rockers overlooking the valley.
