Each month, before I begin writing Light Streaming, I set the intention for highest good for all who will see this message. Then I listen and write from that higher realm perspective. I totally trust what flows forth and feel honor bound to share. For the message this month, I held the intention to better understand, and provide solutions getting unstuck.

Many of the people I have been working lately stated that they have felt blocked, stuck or just marching in place with no guidance for how to move forward in life. 

Each time I connected to see, hear and feel from the higher realms, it was made clear that they were experiencing interference by significant people in their lives. I saw this because the soul of another energy system was sitting right above their crown chakra. The block was caused by people they were influenced by, in direct conflict with or from lingering energies of those who have passed. 

I share this with you because the veil is so thin now that we are becoming consciously more sensitive to the subtle energy fields that surround us and influence us. The level of sensitivity for living as a sovereign liberated being requires us to pay close attention to what influences our thought patterns, and may manipulate us into taking actions that are not in our highest interest. 

If you are feeling blocked, stuck or trapped by external influences or unresolved energies from your relationship dynamics, clearing these interferences is essential for moving forward with clarity and purpose. 

The first step to gaining a higher perspective involves acknowledging that you are more than your physical body and mind. You are sovereign being interconnected with the higher realms and an integral part of humanity's collective consciousness. This connection to the subtle energy fields both influences and is influenced by us. 

Building a strong auric field and practicing discernment are two necessary skills to navigating the turbulent energetic terrain.

To upshift your vibration, it's important to develop a deeper relationship with your inner self by giving yourself time to curtail the mind chatter by dropping into your heart space on a regular basis. The stillness that is bound to wash over you allows you to tap into the subtle influences of the soul and access higher realm communication. If this more surrendered state brings up painful memories or emotions, allow the tears to flow. It's the emotional charge that gets in the way of your ability to be still. Once the emotions and the mind clear, it's simple to sense the higher path because the heart expands, and the subtle energy senses light up to see, hear and sense what is being shown and told to you. 

This way of listening before making an informed choice is all the more vital to realizing the path of the soul while embodied. By integrating mind-body and soul-level awareness, you can better discern your path forward, especially during this time of such great illusion and deception. 

As you discover your practice for staying aligned with your heart, you can navigate through the illusions of the current times with greater clarity and confidence.

Here are some practical steps to implement this integrated approach:

Heart-Centered Awareness: Regularly practice tuning into your heart space. This can be done through meditation, deep breathing exercises, or simply placing your hand on your heart and focusing on your heartbeat. This helps you connect with your deeper self and access subtle energies.

Discernment Practice: Develop the ability to discern truth from illusion by paying attention to your feelings and energy responses. Notice the nuances in how you feel rather than just the words spoken orimagfes presented. Ask yourself what is triggering emotional or biased reactions and whether these are aligned with your higher self.

Energy Signature Awareness: Become aware of the energy signatures around you. This includes the energy of people, places, and situations. Trust your intuition to guide you toward what feels right and aligned with your heart's truth.

Expressing Truth: Do not be afraid to speak your truth. Procrastination in expressing what you know to be right only hinders your progress. Honor your path by confidently taking each step forward.

Clearing Interferences: Engage in practices that help clear emotional and energetic interferences. This can include energy healing, journaling, or working with a spiritual advisor. Release any attachments to past energies that no longer serve your highest good.

Trust in your heart's wisdom and allow it to lead you through the mind filed of human deception.
